What is the Role All About

We are seeking an experienced and innovative senior UI/UX designer to lead the design of intuitive and user-centric experiences for ERP and SaaS-based applications. The successful candidate will oversee the complete design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, design documentation, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of user behavior, and expertise in building scalable design systems for enterprise applications.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's/Honors degree.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design.

• Strong experience designing ERP systems or SaaS-based platforms.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience designing UX/UI for ERP or SaaS products.

• Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.

• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, responsive UI, and accessibility.

• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing research findings to improve product design.

• Experience preparing design documentation and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3 and Tailwind CSS is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to typography, layout, color theory, interaction design, and design consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design for ERP and SaaS-based web applications from concept to implementation.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve user experiences.

• Prepare design documentation and create POCs for enterprise solutions.

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems.

• Apply user psychology and behavioral insights to create intuitive experiences.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and production-ready UI assets.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.

• Promote user-centered design practices across cross-functional teams.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
