What is the Role All About

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, create user-centered designs, and transform ideas into functional interfaces. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, proficiency in modern design tools, and a passion for creating seamless, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's/Honors degree.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.

• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3; familiarity with Tailwind CSS will be an advantage.

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and interaction design.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and UI assets.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to improve user experience.

• Ensure consistency across products by following design standards.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
