Regnum Resources Ltd is seeking motivated, analytical, and technology-oriented individuals to join its team as Management Trainees (IT). This full-time position is designed for aspiring IT professionals who are eager to build their careers in technology operations, digital systems management, data analysis, and project coordination. The selected candidates will work closely with technical and operational teams, supporting IT-enabled projects, business applications, reporting processes, and stakeholder engagement activities.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world technology operations, system administration, data management, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with government agencies, clients, vendors, and internal departments.


### Job Responsibilities

* Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting IT systems, applications, and digital platforms.

* Analyze system-generated data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information.

* Support data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.

* Maintain IT documentation, operational records, databases, and system logs.

* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and project-based reports and presentations.

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders regarding IT and operational matters.

* Identify, document, and escalate technical issues, system discrepancies, and operational concerns.

* Assist in project implementation, software deployment, system testing, and user acceptance activities.

* Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, data security standards, and confidentiality requirements.

* Support process automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* Provide technical and administrative support to business and operational teams.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
