• 7+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Sales Support.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP, HRIS, CRM, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation technologies.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and government procurement responses.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with solution architecture, effort estimation, and project scoping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting software sales to government organizations, large enterprises, banks, telecom operators, and development agencies.

Job Summary
An experienced and highly motivated Manager – Pre-Sales to bridge the gap between customer requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to understand client needs, design solution proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and support the sales process from opportunity identification through contract closure.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting & Requirement Analysis
• Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, operational requirements, and technology needs.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, discovery sessions, and business process analysis.
• Translate customer requirements into functional and technical solution proposals.
Proposal Development & Bid Management
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and tender submissions.
• Develop solution architectures, scope documents, implementation approaches, and project estimations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and delivery commitments.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
• Conduct software demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution presentations for customers.
• Prepare compelling presentations, business cases, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
• Clearly articulate product capabilities, differentiators, and return on investment (ROI).
Sales Support
• Partner with the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle to improve win rates.
• Provide technical expertise during customer meetings, negotiations, and solution discussions.
• Support account planning and strategic opportunity development.
Market & Product Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Provide market feedback to product management and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and solutions.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with project delivery, product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business leaders and technical decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer evaluation process.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain proposal repositories, solution templates, and knowledge management systems.
• Track pre-sales activities, pipeline support, proposal success rates, and key performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for management on business opportunities and proposal outcomes.
