Job Summary
The Jr. Executive /Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of ERP and business applications, and supporting users across hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. The role ensures uninterrupted IT services and contributes to system improvement and digital efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP & Business Application Support
Provide operational support for ERP systems and other business applications.
Assist users with login, access, navigation, and system usage issues.
Troubleshoot ERP-related errors and coordinate with vendors or developers for resolution.
Support user access management, role assignment, and security permissions.
2. End-User IT Support
Deliver daily IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Resolve issues related to operating systems, Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic software applications.
Install, configure, and update user software and devices as required.
Provide timely helpdesk support to ensure minimum downtime.
3. Network & Infrastructure Support
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure stable connectivity across departments.
Support IT security systems and coordinate with service providers when needed.
Ensure proper functioning of network infrastructure and report critical issues promptly.
4. IT Asset Management & Maintenance
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software assets.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, licenses, and configurations.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of IT systems and devices.
Ensure proper handling, tracking, and allocation of IT resources.
5. System Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor IT systems, servers, and applications for performance and stability.
Provide first-level diagnosis and escalation for technical issues.
Assist in implementing system upgrades, patches, and new technology solutions.
Support continuous improvement of IT processes and automation initiatives.
