• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), EEE, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed university.
• Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF routing, switching, VPNs, and Next-Gen Firewalls. • Hands-on experience with Enterprise-grade equipment like Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, or F5 Load Balancers. • Solid understanding of bank/fintech infrastructure security protocols and data tokenization. • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or NSE-4 will be given high preference.

Job Context: We are looking for an experienced Data Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize EPS Ltd.’s mission-critical fintech network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, compliant (PCI-DSS), and high-performance connectivity for our payment gateway and financial services.

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, core routers, switches, and next-generation firewalls.

  • Monitor network performance, maximize uptime, and ensure high availability of critical financial transaction routes.

  • Troubleshoot complex network issues, minimize latency, and provide rapid resolution for critical incidents.

  • Implement and maintain stringent network security controls, zero-trust architectures, and end-to-end encrypted VPN tunnels.

  • Support and scale data center infrastructures and cloud hybrid connectivity securely.

  • Collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to maintain Bangladesh Bank regulations and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.

  • Participate in 24/7 on-call shifting/after-hours support for critical financial system incidents when required.
