• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system by providing effective user support and resolving system-related issues.

  • Monitor ERP implementation activities, track pending tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

  • Oversee inventory-related ERP processes and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to drive ERP enhancements and process optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and the ERP team to implement system improvements and resolve complex issues.

  • Support ERP implementation, testing, user acceptance (UAT), and rollout activities across business functions.

  • Develop user documentation, conduct training sessions, and promote ERP best practices to enhance user adoption.

  • Prepare periodic reports on ERP performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to management.
