Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Experienced as Head of HR & Admin for reputed garments manufacturing unit

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social compliance standards, and international certification requirements

  • Excellent understanding of HR planning, HR Policies, HR Practices, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to deal with government authorities, buyers, and audit representatives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee factory HR, Administration, Security, Housekeeping, and Transport management.

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.

  • Lead recruitment of workers and staff, talent development, and performance management initiatives.

  • Promote positive employee relations and maintain a productive work environment.

  • Monitor manpower planning, compensation, and employee engagement activities.

  • Maintain discipline, legal compliance, and company property management.

  • Lead crisis management and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Regularly audit factory operations, health, and safety standards to ensure compliance with buyer requirements, industry regulations, and ethical business practices. 

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

  • Ensure the factory’s compliance with labor laws, including working hours, wage regulations, and worker rights. 

  • Coordinate and facilitate buyer compliance audits and maintain updated records of compliance certifications. 

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
