Responsibilities & Context:

  • Attend customer complaints via phone, email, ticketing system, or live chat and provide first-level support

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality

  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective and existing clients professionally

  • Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues: slow speed, no connection, packet loss, etc.

  • Monitor ISP network, Fiber Optic Network, and different OLT brands to ensure uptime

  • Coordinate with senior engineers and the NOC team for issue escalation and resolution

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on customer issues and resolutions

  • Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends and public holidays
