Responsibilities & Context:
Attend customer complaints via phone, email, ticketing system, or live chat and provide first-level support
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality
Handle incoming inquiries from prospective and existing clients professionally
Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues: slow speed, no connection, packet loss, etc.
Monitor ISP network, Fiber Optic Network, and different OLT brands to ensure uptime
Coordinate with senior engineers and the NOC team for issue escalation and resolution
Prepare accurate and timely reports on customer issues and resolutions
Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends and public holidays
