Education:
    • Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),MTCNA

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 24 years
  • Only Male
  • Clear understanding of IP addressing, Subnet, Gateway, DNS, TCP/IP.

  • Familiarity with OLT, ONU/ONT, optical power (Rx/Tx levels), and basic splicing concepts.

  • Basic knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS or similar router interfaces (PPPoE, DHCP, LAN setup).

  • Ability to use cable testers, optical power meters, and laptop for on-site diagnostics.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and basic conversational English.

  • Must be proficient in motorcycle riding.

  • Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends and public holidays



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Visit customer homes to install and configure internet service, routers, ONUs/ONTs, Wi-Fi extenders, and other networking equipment.

  • Set up and troubleshoot home Wi-Fi networks, LAN connections, IPTV, and other connected devices within the customer's home.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems like slow speeds, no connection, packet loss, or Wi-Fi dead zones directly at the customer's location.

  • Educate customers on basic device usage, Wi-Fi password management, and simple self-service troubleshooting steps.

  • Test and verify that installed services deliver the promised speed and reliability.

  • Work with the central NOC team or senior engineers for complex issues. Escalate major faults with detailed documentation.

  • Update daily task logs and service reports for all on-site visits
