• Manage the complete Order-to-Delivery process to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, and other departments for seamless operations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee customer service operations, including complaint resolution, order cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and escalations.

• Ensure product availability by coordinating with Procurement and Inventory teams.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team to drive online sales.

• Analyze sales and campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve business targets.

• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning for uninterrupted sales operations.

• Prepare operational performance reports and analyze key business metrics.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

• Drive the team to achieve monthly and annual operational and sales targets.
