• Must have working experience with ISP industry, Reference is made to the Sales and Marketing Department.

• Must have minimum 4 to 5 years marketing experience in relevant industry.

• Develop and execute area-wise sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and local promotions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and corporate clients.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and expand market presence.

• Plan and implement brand promotion activities including banners, posters, flyer distribution, and local events.

• Manage end-to-end corporate sales from client acquisition to negotiation and deal closure.

• Ensure customer retention by reducing churn, resolving service issues, and running loyalty campaigns.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams (NOC, Finance, Technical) to ensure smooth service delivery and billing support.

• Lead, train, and supervise field sales team to achieve performance targets.
