We Are Hiring: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Job Overview

IDIO IT is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns, generating quality leads, and maximizing ROI for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

* Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies

* Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and conversion tracking

* Optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales, and engagement

* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights

* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies

* Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI

* Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, tools, and policies

Requirements

* Proven experience in running Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

* Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & Business Manager

* Experience with Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and tracking setup

* Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively

* Creative thinking for ad copy and campaign strategy

* Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus

* Experience in real estate or lead generation campaigns is highly preferred
