Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to company-provided leads
Communicate with potential clients regarding real estate projects
Encourage and convince clients to attend company seminar programs
Schedule seminar attendance and coordinate with clients
Provide accurate project information to interested clients
Maintain proper records of calls and client data (CRM/Excel)
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure seminar participation
Build strong relationships with clients
👉 Note: There is no direct sales target. The main responsibility is to ensure client attendance in company seminars, from which sales are generated.
