  • Must be honest, punctual, and serious about long-term career growth.

  • Experience in solar, electrical, electronics, construction, real estate, industrial sales, or project sales will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

Frostec Solar Powers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a disciplined and target-oriented Project Sales Executive to support our solar and electronics project sales activities.

The selected candidate will work with commercial, residential, and industrial clients, understand their requirements, coordinate site visits, prepare basic sales information, follow up with leads, and support the management team in converting qualified prospects into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and follow up with potential clients for solar, electrical, and electronics-related project solutions.

  • Communicate professionally with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.

  • Collect customer information such as electricity bill, load requirement, roof space, backup demand, and project location.

  • Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, system sizing, quotation preparation, and proposal submission.

  • Maintain proper lead records, follow-up status, client communication history, and project updates.

  • Support corporate and industrial client handling with clear communication and timely response.

  • Explain company services, project process, basic solar system benefits, warranty, and after-sales support.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, client presentations, and basic project documents when required.

  • Follow up regularly with interested clients until confirmation, rejection, or next decision stage.

  • Report daily sales activity, client status, and market feedback to the management team.
