Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our Sales & Trade Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for executing trade marketing initiatives, ensuring effective merchandising and brand visibility, maintaining POSM materials and branding assets, and supporting showroom development activities within assigned territories. The role requires regular market visits, relationship management with dealers and retailers, competitor monitoring, and collecting market intelligence to support business growth and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
• Execute trade marketing, merchandising, branding and visibility activities in assigned territories as per company guidelines.
• Ensure effective product visibility, shelf placement, merchandising standards, showroom branding and brand presence across retail outlets, dealer showrooms, exclusive shops and distribution points.
• Install, maintain and monitor POSM materials, branding assets, display units, signboards and other visibility materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and trade partners to support business growth and market execution.
• Conduct regular market visits as per route plan to monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, product availability, display standards and overall market conditions.
• Collect market intelligence, consumer feedback, competitor information and trade insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate showroom activations, retail branding projects and new showroom development activities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain records of market visits, merchandising activities, branding assets, surveys and field activities and prepare periodic reports.
