Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Sound knowledge of store and inventory management practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/inventory management systems.
Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Job Context
The Executive – Store will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely receipt and issuance of materials, preparing inventory reports, and supporting overall store operations. The incumbent will work closely with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Factory Management teams to ensure smooth material flow and stock control.
Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials according to company procedures.
Maintain inventory records for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Mechanical Spare Parts, Chemicals, and Accessories.
Ensure proper documentation of material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Records (MRR), Issue Slips, and other inventory-related documents.
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements to management.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/software systems.
Support periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory verification.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory items.
Assist in identifying slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with Procurement and Production departments regarding material requirements and availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within store premises.
Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records and documentation.
Perform any other store-related tasks assigned by management.
