Responsibilities & Context:

• Receive, record, and coordinate customer and catering orders.

 • Coordinate orders with kitchen and production teams.

• Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

 • Manage storekeeping, stock receiving, issuing, and documentation.

• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.

• Monitor minimum stock levels and report purchasing requirements.

• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and storage of food ingredients.

• Monitor expiry dates and minimize product and material wastage.

 • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food-safety standards in kitchen, production, and storage areas.

 • Maintain cleaning, hygiene, and operational checklists.

 • Coordinate packing, dispatch, and timely delivery of orders.

 • Prepare daily and weekly operational and inventory reports.

 • Ensure proper documentation, stock control, and accountability of materials.

 • Supervise workers and ensure daily operational tasks are completed properly.
