Preference will be given to candidates with experience in MNCs and similar industries/products.

The Director, Sales & Marketing will spearhead nationwide sales operations, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening distribution networks, while aligning strategic initiatives with evolving market dynamics to ensure long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies, policies & SOPs
Set targets, budgets, KPIs and drive nationwide sales performance
Lead zonal teams, optimize territory coverage & ensure target achievement
Expand market share, identify new business opportunities & strengthen channels
Oversee B2B (Govt. & Corporate) sales operations
Drive product development, branding & promotional activities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities & sales performance
Ensure coordination with production, supply chain & customer service
Build high-performing sales teams through training & leadership development
Manage budgets, control costs & ensure profitability
