• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Group of Companies

• Bachelor/Honors

Bachelors in any discipline from reputed university.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Prior working experience in poultry, fertilizer, pesticide and animal health sales operations will be preferred.

• Adequate knowledge of geographical areas in Bangladesh.

• Have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in dealing with dealers, agents etc.

• Have good communication, selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate with dealers, agents and farmers to accomplish target sales.

• Ensure maximum selling pricing of chicks and feed to enhance profitability.

• Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue.

• Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization.

• Visit farmers regularly; guide them to manage flock health, and provide medication, if necessary.

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention.

• Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor`s growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely.

• Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
