The Senior Executive, E-Commerce will play a pivotal role in accelerating e-commerce growth and driving digital sales innovation across ACI`s diverse portfolio of Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Operating at a corporate level, this individual will act as a key Point of Contact (POC), establishing group-wide e-commerce planning, monitoring frameworks, and a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to uplift digital capabilities across the entire organization.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with various SBUs to identify, launch, and scale e-commerce opportunities across B2B, B2C, and D2C channels.
Optimize existing e-commerce channels and discover new third-party marketplaces, Q-commerce platforms, and digital partnerships to drive revenue.
Assist in establishing and maintaining a corporate e-commerce Centre of Excellence (CoE) to standardize best practices, guidelines, and frameworks across all SBUs.
Develop and implement streamlined e-commerce planning and monitoring mechanisms to track group-wide digital sales performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and capability building across decentralized SBU teams to elevate their digital maturity.
Act as the primary corporate Point of Contact (POC) for digital sales, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and SBU execution.
Work closely with SBU brand, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns, catalog management, and stock availability.
Own the data pipeline for digital sales: gather, clean, and analyze cross-functional e-commerce data.
Extract reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel to track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (e.g., GMV, Conversion Rates, CAC, ROAS).
Translate complex data into actionable insights and present them compellingly to senior management and SBU stakeholders.
