We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented professionals to join our Business Development Team for promoting and expanding our Luxury Bathware, Kitchenware, Sanitaryware, and Tiles business. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing project sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market development and strategic sales initiatives.
Develop new business opportunities, expand market coverage, and increase sales volume.
Generate sales leads through market visits, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
Regularly visit Real Estate Companies, Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Contractors, PWD Engineers, Government Organizations, Hotels, and Corporate Clients.
Identify and secure opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and government projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, project stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, BOQs, and commercial offers; follow up to ensure successful conversion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and after-sales support.
Maintain customer database, project pipeline, and sales records.
Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Work Plans, and other required reports.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, promotional events, and product launches.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
