This role is based in a world-class luxury showroom featuring premium, high-value bathware and lifestyle products, where you will engage with elite and design-conscious customers in a refined retail environment.
Major Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and consultative selling.
Welcome customers and deliver professional product demonstrations in a luxury showroom environment.
Represent the SWISH brand by communicating premium product quality, design excellence, and after-sales value.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
Generate and convert leads from showroom visitors and existing customer data.
Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies, including promoting slow-moving products.
Complete sales documentation and coordinate internally to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
