Responsibilities & Context:

SWISH is a fast-growing brand with strong national presence and global ambitions. We are looking for a high-impact Creative Director who will lead our Brand & Communications division and drive measurable business growth through strategic creative leadership.

This is not a design-only role. The Creative Director will be responsible for aligning brand, performance marketing, showroom sales, and digital platforms to directly influence revenue growth.

This position has direct impact on business performance and sales scalability

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Job Responsibilities

1) Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Plan and execute at least 1 static and 1 motion campaign per month

  • Submit monthly campaign plans 30 days in advance (Concept → Execution → Completion)

  • Develop and enforce comprehensive Brand Guidelines across all sub-units

  • Upgrade existing campaign communication patterns

  • Develop Retail & Showroom Branding Plans aligned with international standards

  • Strengthen Corporate and Employer Branding

2) Website & Product Presentation Control

  • Ensure complete product information is uploaded before launch:

  • o  Minimum 6 detailed images

  • o  3D visuals / specifications

  • o  Consistent product angles

  • Transform website into a high-conversion international standard platform

  • Align Brand, Sales & Business Development messaging

  • Improve UX, content & visual communication to increase conversion rate

3) Lead Generation & Performance Creative (Mandatory Expertise)

  • Social media-based lead generation campaigns

  • Conversion funnel design

  • Landing page optimization

  • Performance creative strategy

  • Retargeting campaign planning

  • Lead quality analysis & creative optimization

Ability to:

  • Reduce CPL through creative improvement

  • Increase conversion rate through messaging and positioning

  • Turn campaigns into measurable sales results

4) Sales-Driven Creative Strategy

  • Maintain 100% alignment with Sales, Business Development & Showroom teams

  • Develop SKU-based sales boost strategies

  • Plan campaigns to increase showroom footfall

  • Improve in-store communication & display strategy

  • Analyze sales data and optimize creative accordingly

5) Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and manage an 18-member Brand & Communications team

  • Build performance-oriented and accountable work culture

  • Improve productivity

  • Develop online work tracking & checklist systems for CEO’s visibility

  • Create training manuals & skill development frameworks

  • Ensure timely monthly workflow execution

6) Research & Global Expansion Strategy

  • Conduct brand growth research

  • Develop global branding strategies

  • Create international communication plans

  • Perform competitive positioning & market analysis
