Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed institution.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates with a strong tobacco sales background.
5 to 7 years of relevant sales experience is required.
Candidates must have practical experience in selling tobacco goods.
Experience in tobacco, FMCG, distribution or territory sales will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of tobacco product sales, market development and distribution management.
Proven capability to set up new distributors and manage existing distributors effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets within deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good reporting ability and basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
Must be honest, disciplined, hardworking and result-oriented.
Must be ready to work in any part of Bangladesh.

Hasan Tobacco Company is looking for experienced, target-oriented and hardworking sales professionals for the position of Territory Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive (TSE/ASE). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing territory-wise sales activities, developing distributor networks, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets in assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales and distribution activities in the assigned territory or area.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets according to company plans.
Appoint, develop and manage distributors in assigned markets.
Maintain regular communication with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other trade partners.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability, sales performance and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback reports and distributor performance updates for management.
Ensure proper execution of company sales plans and trade activities in the assigned area.
Work under pressure and handle challenging field situations professionally.
Follow company policies and all applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements related to tobacco products.
