Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tobacco Formulation Specialist to develop and improve Tobacco products. The candidate will be responsible for tobacco blending, flavor formulation, and ensuring consistent product quality according to market demand and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and optimize Tobacco formulations (flavor, aroma, texture, nicotine balance)
Select and evaluate different grades of tobacco leaves
Control blending, curing, and processing techniques
Work with flavoring agents (attar, essences, sweeteners, coloring agents)
Ensure batch consistency and product quality
Conduct product trials and sensory evaluation
Collaborate with Production and Quality teams
Maintain compliance with BSTI and other regulatory requirements
Improve products based on market feedback
