• Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and packaging items as per SOP.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems; conduct regular stock reconciliations.

• Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain records for retest, near-expiry, rejected, and returned materials.

• Coordination: Liaise with QA, Production, and Procurement teams for smooth material flow.

• Reporting: Generate monthly reports on inventory status, material movement, and warehouse KPIs.

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the warehouse premises.
