Experience in pharmaceutical production with hands-on exposure to batch manufacturing, BMR/SOP compliance, and toll manufacturing coordination.
Responsibilities & Context:
To coordinate production activities with Contract Manufacturing & Toll facilities as per approved production plans.
To monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
To follow up production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
To verify and maintain production-related documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
To coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of toll production activities.
To monitor material utilization, production yield, and batch reconciliation activities.
To support investigation of production deviations, incidents, and implementation of corrective actions.
To assist in technology transfer, process validation, and new product commercialization activities.
To prepare and submit periodic production reports, production status updates, and performance summaries.
To ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at toll manufacturing facilities.
To participate in audits and inspections conducted by internal and external stakeholders.
To perform any other responsibility assigned by the Manager, CMTO (Contract Manufacturing & Toll Operations).
