• Age At least 24 years

• 2–5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Testing of Raw material, finished products and Stability samples of Biotech drug products when required.

• Perform all bio-analytical tests using different techniques, e.g., HPLC (Identification (peptide mapping, Glycan Profiling), Assay, Impurity (Charge/Lysine variants, Related substances) by RP and SEC-HPLC), UV spectroscopy, Gel electrophoresis and documentation (SDS-PAGE, IEF), Western blot, ELISA, Microplate reader, Thrombolyzer based assays, osmolarity, pH tests and in vitro/in-vivo bioassays of Biotech products to ensure the quality.

• Perform development, troubleshooting, validation, transfer, and training of bioanalytical methods for biotech products,

• Document all analytical activities in compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP guidelines, and data integrity requirements.

• Attend all assigned training programs required for effective job performance.

• Report OOS, OOE, OOT results, incidents, and laboratory events immediately to the supervisor.

• Coordinate and participate in investigations related to laboratory incidents and deviations.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the laboratory, analytical instruments, and working areas.

• Raise and manage Change Control, Document

• Change Control and coordinate calibration, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and routine maintenance of instruments used in the Biotech and Cell Culture laboratories.

• Other activities as and when required.
