  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, tender management, or corporate business development within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Hands-on experience in government and private tenders, institutional account management, commercial negotiation, order execution, and payment collection.

  • Experience in processing tenders through the e-GP platform will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, business email communication, and online tender management platforms.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.

Job Description

  • Develop, manage, and expand institutional and tender business across government, private, corporate, NGO, and autonomous healthcare organizations.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with hospitals, procurement authorities, tender committees, distributors, and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitor and participate in tenders, enlistments, rate contracts, and procurement opportunities through e-GP and other relevant platforms.

  • Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and technical and financial proposals accurately and within deadlines.

  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, Commercial, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of business activities.

  • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and business strategies to achieve organizational targets.

  • Analyze pricing, costs, profitability, market competition, payment terms, and associated business risks.

  • Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and contractual agreements in the best interest of the company.

  • Ensure timely order processing, product supply, invoicing, documentation, and payment collection.

  • Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, bank guarantees, invoices, bills, and outstanding receivables.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenders, orders, supplies, contracts, and collections.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, tender regulations, ethical standards, and applicable legal requirements.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
