Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our tobacco processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead factory teams to achieve operational excellence while optimizing procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise end-to-end factory operations including processing, packaging, and dispatch
Ensure production targets are met within cost and time constraints
Maintain strict quality control and compliance with regulatory standards
Manage workforce, including supervisors, operators, and labor
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
Ensure purchase efficiency by optimizing procurement cost, vendor selection, and material planning
Coordinate with procurement team to maintain cost-effective sourcing without compromising quality
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance within the facility
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
