Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all utilities, including boilers, gas generators, air compressors, WTP, ETP, and electrical systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for washing plant machinery.
Minimize equipment downtime and improve machine reliability.
Monitor utility consumption and control maintenance costs.
Ensure RSC compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
Lead maintenance and utility teams and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Preparing drawing design and budget for expansion project.
