Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Disaster Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, or other recognized HSE training/certification will be an added advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 20 to 30 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project safety supervision.

• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, power, building, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.

• Practical experience in work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, electrical safety, PPE compliance, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections will be an advantage.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and capable of working for extended periods at construction sites.

• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, hardworking, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Good command of English, both oral and written.

• Ability to work effectively with site engineers, workers, subcontractors, and foreign personnel.

• Willingness to work at remote project locations and under challenging site conditions.

• Must be free from color blindness where required for safety duties.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a site HSE team.

• Assist the Safety Officer in implementing HSE policies, safety procedures, and regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and availability of firefighting and first-aid equipment.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and worker safety awareness programs.

• Monitor compliance with JSA, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, and PTW requirements.

• Supervise high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, hot work, and electrical work.

• Ensure safe use of machinery, equipment, tools, and proper site housekeeping.

• Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, and emergencies.

• Assist in accident/incident investigation and implementation of corrective actions.

• Maintain daily safety inspection, training, and HSE records.

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors on safety matters.

• Promote safety awareness and a positive safety culture at the project site.
