Responsibilities & Context:
Able to read and understood all kinds of electrical design & drawing.
Estimating the budget for electrical components and systems within the project.
Creating detailed as built electrical drawings.
Overseeing electrical installations, conducting inspections and ensuring that work is completed to the specified standards.
Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues that may arise during construction or after occupancy.
Managing electrical aspects of the project including scheduling.
Procurement and coordination with labour contractors.
Testing and commissioning electrical systems to ensure they function correctly and addressing any issues or malfunctions.
Maintaining accurate records, drawings and documentation of all electrical installations and modifications.
