Responsibilities & Context:

• Create high-quality 3D interior designs, animations, and realistic visualizations based on client requirements.

• Develop accurate 3D models using 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or similar software.

• Create 4K and 8K photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projects.

• Produce 4K/8K video animations, walkthroughs, flythroughs, and camera animations for interior spaces.

• Prepare interior layouts, furniture arrangements, ceiling designs, lighting, materials, and decorative elements.

• Convert 2D floor plans and design concepts into detailed 3D models.

• Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, reflections, and environment setups.

• Produce high-quality still images and 3D animated videos for client presentations and marketing purposes.

• Modify and revise designs based on client or project team feedback.

• Prepare mood boards, material boards, presentation visuals, and design concepts.

• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, lighting, and overall design quality.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and clients.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver renders and animations within deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, 3D visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and animation workflows.

Job Context

The primary responsibility of a 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer is to transform 2D drawings, concepts, and ideas into high-quality 3D interior visualizations, 4K/8K renders, and professional video animations. The role may involve working on residential, commercial, office, restaurant, showroom, and other interior projects.
