Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Venture Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Executive (Architectural 3D Visualizer) to support the Architectural Planning & Design team in developing high-quality 3D models, realistic visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for architectural and development projects.
Responsibilities:
Convert approved 2D architectural drawings into accurate 3D models.
Prepare realistic exterior and interior renderings.
Develop walkthrough animations and presentation materials.
Improve communication of design concepts to clients, management, and project stakeholders.
Support faster client approval and decision-making through high-quality visualizations.
Reduce dependency on external visualization vendors.
Maintain confidentiality of company designs and project information.
Ensure consistency in the company’s visual presentation standards.
Support architects and engineers during design development.
Manage increasing project volume without affecting quality or delivery schedules.
Prepare visual materials for marketing, tender, investment, and management presentations.
Provide quick revisions based on client, management, and design-team feedback.
