Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
The candidate should have pleasant personality, honest, smart & hardworking, excellent interpersonal communication skill, good command in English both oral & written.
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
Ability to work with foreigner.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Receive and organize all kind of drawings and check construction drawings.
- Computing BOQ for all items of civil & steel items and underground works.
- Preparing monthly invoice and contract documents including bill of quantities.
- Prepare as built drawing and shop drawing.
- Prepare cost break down and rate analysis.
- Check labour contractor bill.
- Site visit to inquiry of BOQ, check materials and specification/standards.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
