• Age At least 27 years

• Practical experience in designing and drafting RAJUK, City Corporation, Pourashava, and Jalshiri submission sheets is compulsory.
• Applicants without direct experience in architectural sheet preparation and approval drawings should not apply.
• Strong knowledge of RAJUK Regulations, BNBC, DAP, Jalshiri guidelines, City Corporation requirements, and applicable Pourashava building rules and approval procedures.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to prepare accurate submission and architectural sheet drawings independently.
• Ability to coordinate with architects and consultants and revise drawings based on authority comments until final approval.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, drafting standards, and submission documentation.
• Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, location plans, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and draft RAJUK Submission Sheets, City Corporation Submission Sheets, Pourashava Submission Sheets, and Jalshiri Submission Sheets in accordance with applicable rules and authority requirements.
• Prepare area statements, setback calculations, FAR/MGC calculations, parking layouts, and other statutory drawings and documents required for approval.
• Ensure all submission drawings strictly comply with RAJUK, BNBC, DAP, Jalshiri, City Corporation, and applicable Pourashava rules and regulations.
• Revise and update submission drawings based on comments and requirements from the relevant approving authorities until final approval.
• Coordinate with architects and design teams to prepare complete and error-free approval drawing sets.
• Verify dimensions, calculations, and drawing accuracy before submission.
• Maintain proper CAD standards, drawing revisions, and documentation for all approval-related projects.
• Organize and manage project files, submission records, and drawing archives systematically.
• Complete all assigned drafting and submission-related tasks within the required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
