Proven hands-on experience in both Interior Design and Site Supervision is mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design and on-site project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and Photoshop.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, construction materials, and working drawings.

Ability to prepare BOQ, quotations, cost estimates, and project reports.

Experience in handling client meetings and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Good understanding of site measurements, detailing, and execution.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

1. Mandatory: Candidates must have proven practical experience in both Interior Design and Site Supervision. Experience in only one area will not be considered.

2. Meet with clients to understand project requirements, provide design consultations, and present concept proposals.

3. Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

4. Prepare 2D working drawings, layout plans, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, furniture layouts, BOQ, and project specifications.

5. Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentation materials, and revise designs based on client feedback.

6. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor elements while maintaining design quality and budget.

7. Supervise all on-site interior fit-out and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

8. Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

9. Monitor project progress, workmanship, timelines, and budgets, and resolve site-related issues promptly.

10. Submit regular progress reports to management and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site cleanliness standards.

11. Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
