• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards for real-time project tracking and performance analysis.

• Lead weekly reviews using L2/L3 schedules to ensure milestone-based execution.

• Identify cost overruns and delays early; initiate corrective engineering actions promptly.

• Automate daily reporting, vendor mobilisation, and Workfront closures to maintain execution pace.

• Guide project managers on target achievement and resolution of execution issues.

• Coordinate with legal and contracts teams on deviations, scope changes and variations.

• Prepare regular reports for senior leadership with updates on progress, risks, and actions.

• Design and execute training strategies aligned with construction project needs.

• Conduct TNA across functions—engineering, execution, safety, and quality.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and capability building across project teams.

• Train and develop engineers and project staff to improve their skills and efficiency, enabling them to follow schedules effectively.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to ensure successful project delivery and organisational objectives.
