• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from public university (BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, SUST, DUET) only.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Planning

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Supply Chain

• Candidates who are expert in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning section are encouraged to apply.

• Must have a good academic result.

• Skills Required: Industrial & Production Engineering

• Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.

• Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.

• Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

• Producing details of specifications and outline designs.

• Recommending modifications following prototype test results.

• Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.

• Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.

• Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.

• Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.

• Floor wise production plan forecasting and complete production report submit.

• You will be responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of your assigned unit.

• Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
