• Minimum 15–20 years of hands-on experience in specialized plush toy or advanced textile manufacturing factory management.

• Deep technical knowledge of specialized embroidery, sewing, and automated stuffing equipment.

• Proficiency in both Chinese and Vietnamese is required, as the position involves regular communication with counterparts relating to our Vietnam operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage specialized manufacturing machinery, automated stuffing processes, and precision fabric cutting systems with plush toy business insight.

• Carry out machinery calibration for specialized plush toy production lines.

• Supervise and manage all electrical and mechanical matters of the factory, including machinery suited to plush toy production and overall equipment operation.

• Communicate and coordinate with counterparts relating to our Vietnam operations.
