• Age 28 to 38 years

3-5 years of relevant experience in Utility Operation & Maintenance (Water Treatment Plant, HVAC system, Boiler, ETP & STP) is a requirement

• Ensure smooth operation of utility systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, water treatment, and ETP.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Monitor utility performance and energy usage, and implement improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues.

• Supervise utility staff and contractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Prepare maintenance plans, SOPs, and technical reports.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and other regulatory standards.
