• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Must be target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

• Willingness to do fieldwork and client visits (door-to-door/corporate)

• Basic knowledge of quotations, BOQ, and billing process.

We are seeking Executive – Sales & Marketing professionals who are smart, dynamic, and multitasking to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads.

• Convert leads into successful projects.

• Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and negotiate contracts to close sales.

• Achieve individual annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrals to ensure long-term business.

• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM).

• Monitor project completion, ensure client satisfaction, after sales service, secure bill receiving and finalization.

• Identify new business opportunities and refer potential leads to the SME for data collection.

• Collaborate with the design and engineering department for effective project management.
