Responsibilities & Context:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare detailed project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team collaboration. Review and approve electrical designs, schematics, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC), and industry regulations.
Coordinate with clients & contractors.
Monitor project budgets and control expenses.
Optimize use of manpower, equipment, and tools.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues or delays.
Ensure all systems meet design specifications and safety requirements.
Maintain project documentation (plans, test reports, approvals).
Report project status to senior management or clients regularly.
