Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems and equipment, including dyeing machines, and finishing equipment.
Establish and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Plan and coordinate spare parts inventory to avoid production interruptions.
Lead mechanical upgrades, installations, and projects to improve operational efficiency and meet production goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of machinery overhauls and upgrades.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure the mechanical team adheres to them.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, machine performance, and downtime analysis.
Generate periodic reports for senior management on the mechanical department’s performance and key metrics.
