Education:

Educational Qualification

Minimum Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Professional certification such as PGDHRM will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and Administration-related functions, preferably in a manufacturing or export-oriented industry.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and email correspondence skills.

  • Sound knowledge of compliance, audit requirements, and HR documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Attend, coordinate, and facilitate all internal and external audits of the factory.

  • Prepare, maintain, and provide audit-related documents in accordance with buyer and compliance requirements.

  • Manage Group Insurance and Accidental Insurance matters, including manpower updates, claim processing, and coordination with insurance providers to ensure timely settlement of eligible claims.

  • Organize training programs, prepare training schedules, maintain training records, and conduct training sessions as required by compliance and audit standards.

  • Coordinate with Fire Service & Civil Defense authorities and prepare and maintain all related documentation.

  • Verify and process various bills, including Bio-Medical Waste, Pest Control, BEPZA Medical, Welfare Fund, and Canteen Bills.

  • Prepare final settlement bills for non-management employees.

  • Prepare monthly increment evaluation reports and increment sheets for non-management employees.

  • Maintain HR and administrative records, files, and documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
