CHARU Interior & Architects is a leading interior design and architectural firm dedicated to creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our projects from planning to successful completion.
Manage interior and architectural projects from concept to final handover.
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities), project estimations, and cost analysis.
Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for cost minimization and value engineering without compromising quality and design standards.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and project progress.
Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
Review shop drawings, material specifications, and work execution methods.
Manage procurement planning and material sourcing to optimize project costs.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the best pricing and service.
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
Handle project variations, change orders, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Lead project teams and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum3+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or Architectural Project Management.
Proven experience in BOQ preparation, project costing, budgeting, and cost control.
Experience managing commercial, office, restaurant, retail, and residential interior projects.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, construction methods, and project execution.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, project estimation, budgeting, and cost minimization techniques.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
