Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

• Practical experience with RAJUK, Jalshiri and Pourashava approval drawing processes is mandatory.
• Candidates without specific, hands-on experience in RAJUK, Jolshiri, and DOHS approval sheets are strongly discouraged from applying.
• Only those who can independently handle a full set of approval drawings should apply.
• Others will not be considered.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare and develop architectural approval drawings in compliance with RAJUK, Jalshiri and Pourashava regulations
• Produce and revise Site Plan, Key Plan, Layout Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, and required detail drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with setback, FAR, ground coverage, height restrictions, and relevant building bylaws
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from RAJUK / Pourashava authorities
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to maintain design accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Prepare complete approval drawing sets for submission, including proper scaling, annotation, and formatting
• Update existing drawings and prepare as-built drawings when required
• Maintain organized records of DWG, PDF, and plot-ready files
