Responsibilities & Context:

JEN Engineering Bangladesh Limited is a specialized, design-focused engineering company operating in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a subsidiary/concern of a reputed Japanese engineering firm, the company functions with a strong focus on advanced, high-precision structural design and green energy integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D models and engineering drawings based on project requirements.

• Generate efficient CAM toolpaths and NC programs for manufacturing.

• Verify toolpaths using simulation software to prevent machine collisions or defects.

• Collaborate directly with the workshop floor to troubleshoot machining issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of solid experience in both CAD modeling and CAM programming.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, Autodesk Fusion 360, NX, or Creo).

  • Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code/M-code), tooling selection, and machining operations.

• Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing quality standards is a major plus.
